About Rocks
Rocks sits in a centuries-old stone vault on Strait Street, Valletta’s legendary nightlife street. By day it’s a quiet stop for a drink. By night the tables spill onto the street and the music starts.
Strait Street
Strada Stretta was once the beating heart of Valletta’s nightlife — a street of bars, music halls and late nights that sailors, locals and visitors all knew by name. It went quiet for decades. Now it’s alive again, and Rocks is right in the middle of it at number 128.
We kept what makes the building special: thick limestone walls, a vaulted ceiling, and a doorway that opens straight onto the street. Everything else — the lights, the music, the cocktails — is ours.
What we’re about
We’re not a cocktail lab and we’re not a club. We’re the bar you meet at, stay at, and leave later than planned.

Live vocals, then a DJ until late. Ask for your song — the team will probably play it.

The team
Our team is the reason people come back. They remember your drink, they dance in the walkway, they’ll charge your phone behind the bar, and they’ll make sure a solo visitor gets their second happy-hour cocktail only when they’re ready for it.
